Making shoots fun and accessible! With good light, you can shoot anywhere, even just outside your home.
Some tips for getting the most out of your shoot:
Find good light and use it; and try all the angles.
Help them envision the shot you’re going for, whether it be acting out the pose, explaining it, or giving other reference.
You control the blur of the background. You can play with it by adjusting your distance between you and the model and the model and the background. These three photos have a good mix of that.
Have fun with it! You can play music (make sure it sets the right mood for the shoot). It also helps to spend a few minutes taking practice shots in the beginning and helping the model to loosen up and get comfortable with you.
